Have an Amazing Time at the Amador County Fair

If you will be in Amador County during the summer, get ready for one of the largest events in the county. The 77th Annual Amador County Fair will be heading your way from Thursday, July 23rd through Sunday, July 26th. Throughout this four-day event there will be endless forms of entertainment, great food, and good company. This is a perfect event for those staying in budget-friendly hotel in Amador County. Join the community for all of the fun!

Some of the events that you can look forward to at the Amador County Fair include a wine tasting event, a rodeo, a derby demolition show, and live entertainment. The wine tasting will take place on July 24th from 7pm – 9pm. Tickets for this particular event are $25. The Amador Winegrowers will host this event that will feature over 40 wineries from the area!

On July 25th get ready for the CPRA Rodeo that begins at 8pm. Tickets for adults are $10 and kids under 6 get in for $5. The rodeo will take place at the Benny Brown Arena. There will be six rodeo events including bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, tie down roping, team roping, and steer wrestling.

On Sunday, July 26th, the Destruction derby will be at the Benny Brown Arena from 7pm – 10pm. The theme of the Destruction Derby is “Destroy or be Destroyed” so get ready to see cars crash or get smashed in this fun event! There will also be live entertainment at the County Fair. The Spazmatics will perform live on July 23rd from 7pm – 10pm at the Blue Moon Picnic Hill Stage. The Spazmatics cover classic 80s hits from bands such as Duran Duran, Depeche Mode, Wham and many more! The Spazmatics will get you jumping up and down with the incredible energy that they bring to their show. Don’t miss out on all the fun!
